Thank you for your interest in Chapel Hill Cooperative Preschool!

If you are interested in applying to CHCP, please contact our administration to receive your application. CHCP usually has a waiting list. You can put your child on the wait list by submitting an application and a $100 application fee.

Once you are placed on the waiting list, your information will be kept on file until an opening occurs, with interest updated each spring. Applications on the wait list are prioritized by current center needs. We work hard to maintain a racial, economic, and gender balance in our classrooms, and children on the waiting list are admitted accordingly. Children who have a sibling in the center and children of staff members are given priority.

We are able to begin offering summer and fall spaces in the spring after we have completed re-enrollment for current families and renewed interest for those on the waitlist.
